v1.17.0 improved simulator, "ignore object" command, and some fixes
* improved simulator
* simulator window is positioned better on all platforms
* shortcut keys are consistent across all platforms and keyboard layouts
* current stitch number is displayed
* "ignore" commands
* "ignore object" command to ignore a specific object when stitching
* "ignore layer" command to ignore a whole layer
* try to avoid cutting corners in auto-fill
* bug fix: File -> Save as machine embroidery formats produced corrupted files on Windows
