v1.6.0: manual stitch and input plugin
* manual stitch mode
* enable in the Stroke tab
* one stitch per path node
* Stitch Plan paths are now rendered as manual stitch paths
* allows manually editing Ink/Stitch's stitch paths!
* input plugin
* adds support for native opening of 48(!) machine embroidery file formats in Inkscape
* file format support by the excellent libembroidery from Embroidermodder
* stitches are imported as manual stitch paths
* TRIM instructions are retained
