This version contains a long-awaited feature: the ability to specify the start and end point for autofill stitch.
To use:
1. Restart Inkscape after installing this version.
2. Run the "Embroidery -> Install add-ons for Inkscape" extension.
3. Restart Inkscape again.
4. Take a look at images/examples/Fill Stitch Starting and Ending Point.svg for further instructions.
* correctly hide the "choose file" button (#209)
